With a view to increase awareness on recycling solid waste in the Sultanate of Oman, Waste Management Forum Oman will be staged on 25 - 26 March 2013 in Muscat, Oman. The objective of the event is to make the world class waste management system to make environment eco-friendly and prohibit landfill disposal. The forum will identify the risks and prominent issues currently encountered by the environment & waste management sector. The forum has engaging sessions designed to provide a holistic purview on solid waste collection; importance of waste hierarchy - reuse, reduce and recycle; government initiative and waste management policy structure.
