Welcome to Metropolitan Branch!

The Metropolitan Branch covers the greater London area and we aim to hold our branch meetings both centrally to give easy access and in outlying locations closer to the M25. We are increasingly working more with our neighbouring branches and other organisations to help increase the number of events available to members.

This year we are keen to have more contact with our members and learn more about what you would like from the branch so look out for news on more ways to get involved!

The committee are currently putting together an exciting programme of events but we would welcome your input. Please do get in touch with me if you would like to present an evening talk or host an event. Contact details for me and all our committee members can be found on our committee page.

The Metropolitan Branch is very grateful to those who sponsor its programme - because of their generosity many of our meetings are free of charge and where we do have to charge to cover overheads, the fees are considerably reduced because of sponsors' help.

The capacities of our venues are limited so it is essential that you register for events (even the free ones) to avoid the disappointment of finding an event is already fully booked when you arrive.

You and friends and colleagues will be very welcome at Metropolitan Branch meetings irrespective of whether you are a member or not. We look forward to seeing you.
