Service Update 05/04/24: Membership Application Portal

SERVICE UPDATE 05/04/2024: We are currently experiencing some ongoing issues with our application system and payment portal, this is affecting the submission of supplementary documents and payment of application fees. We are working hard to resolve these issues.

Membership Applications

If you are applying for Graduate, MCIWEM, C.WEM, FCIWEM or any external registrations. Please complete your online application and submit through the system. Once this has been submitted, please email any supplementary documents as attachments, without adding any links, to the contacts listed below. Please ensure all documents are clearly titled and include ‘Name’ ‘Application’ + the grade for which you are applying in the subject line:

If any applications fees are due with your application, we will follow up in due course regarding payment of these.

Pay via Phone: Payments can be made by debit/credit card by calling the CIWEM Membership Team on +44(0)207 831 3110 (Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00 BST)

Pay via Cheque: Payments made by cheque should be made payable to CIWEM and sent to CIWEM Membership, 106-109 Saffron Hill, Farringdon, London, UK. You should include your name, membership number and email address, cheques received without this information cannot be processed.
