Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Aotearoa New Zealand branch is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 27 August 2024 at 4:30 pm NZT (5:30 am BST) via Zoom.

Any member wishing to raise a subject for discussion at the Annual General Meeting shall send written notice specifying the subject to the chair, Justine Jones at Justine.Jones@ghd.com by 9:00am Friday 9 August 2024.

Nominations for branch committees

We are calling for nominations for the CIWEM Republic of Ireland branch committee. This is a fantastic opportunity to get more involved with the branch's activities and to enhance your experience and knowledge.

Those members wishing to be nominated for election for the vacant positions on the committee should complete the electronic nomination form by 9:00am Thursday 14 August 2024.

Booking information

The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members. When you register you will be asked a compulsory question, what your grade of membership is, as only CIWEM branch members are entitled to vote at the AGM.

This webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform and will be recorded. Please note that registrations will close 24 hours before the event starts. If you have not registered before that time, unfortunately we cannot add you to the event. You will receive an email with joining instructions after you have successfully registered for the webinar and the registration has been approved by our team.
