The CIWEM Hong Kong Annual Dinner and Innovation and Sustainability Awards 2025 is a flagship in-person event that combines a formal dinner, networking opportunities, and an award presentation to honour outstanding projects and individuals in the water and environmental sectors.

The evening includes speeches from distinguished guests, presentation of the Innovation and Sustainability Awards, and an opportunity for industry professionals to connect and celebrate achievements together.

Booking and joining information

This event is open to members and non-members of CIWEM and is co-organised by the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management Hong Kong, CIWEM HK and CIWEM HK Limited.

Registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and preference will be given to CIWEM members. This event is limited to 270 guests.

Successful applicants will be informed by email. Those who fail to show up will need to cover the financial implications and will not be eligible to attend two subsequent CIWEM HK events.

Adverse weather arrangements: This event will be cancelled if a typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or the black rainstorm warning is issued within two hours before the event. CIWEM HK will notify the participants of the subsequent arrangements accordingly by email.

The organising parties accept no liability for any eventuality that may occur to affect travel itineraries before, after or during the event, or for any incident or accident, should any occur.
