Notice is hereby given that the 33^rd Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Hong Kong branch is scheduled to be held on Thursday 30 July 2020 at 7:00pm (HKT) / 11:00am (GMT) via webinar.

Please see the agenda for details of the nominations and itinerary of the AGM, along with the minutes of the 2019 AGM.

If you wish to vote by proxy, please complete the 2020 Proxy Form and send the completed form by email to Ms Carol Chan, Honorary Secretary of CIWEM HK Committee 2019/20 at secretary@ciwem.hk and Barbara Woods at barbara.woods@ciwem.org on or before 29 July 2020.

If you would like to vote before the AGM, please contact Barbara Woods at barbara.woods@ciwem.org for more information by 9:00am 29 July 2020 at the latest.

Booking and joining information

The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members only.

Please note that bookings will close 24 hours before the start of the event.

Bookings to attend the AGM should be made through 'MyCIWEM' using the links provided. You are only confirmed once you have clicked 'proceed & submit' in the cart and received a confirmation email, which will be sent to your primary email address on your MyCIWEM account. Once registration for the webinar session has closed, successful registrants will receive a separate email with joining instructions.

Please ensure that your MyCIWEM primary email address is the one you wish us to use for all communications about your bookings, as all correspondence about this event will be sent to this email address.
