Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Hong Kong is scheduled to be held on Friday 14 May 2021 at 7:00pm HKT (11:00 am GMT) at the Room 3b, G/F, BEC, 77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

Please see the agenda for details of the nominations and the itinerary at the AGM, along with the minutes of the 2020 AGM.

If you wish to vote by proxy, please complete the 2021 Proxy Form and send the completed form by email to Mr Albert Chan, Honorary Secretary of CIWEM HK Committee 2020/21 at secretary@ciwem.hk on or before 14 May 2021.

The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members.
