Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Hong Kong branch is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 14 May 2025 at 7:00pm HKT at Business Environment Council Auditorium, G/F, 77 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

Any member wishing to raise a subject for discussion at the Annual General Meeting shall send written notice specifying the subject to the to the Honorary Secretary, Ray Chan at secretary@ciwem.hk by 9:00am Wednesday 07 May 2025.

Call for nominations to the Branch Committee

Those members wishing to be nominated for election for the vacant positions on the committee should send their completed nomination forms to the Honorary Secretary, Ray CHAN at secretary@ciwem.hk by 9:00am Wednesday 07 May 2025.

If voting by proxy, please use the Proxy Voting Form.

Booking and joining information

The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM Hong Kong branch members.

Please note there is limited capacity at this event. Bookings must be made through 'My CIWEM' using the above booking link. Non-members who have not registered for the MyCIWEM system can create an account on the booking page in order to reserve their place.

Please note that registrations close at 09:00, two days before the event is to take place. If you have not registered by then, unfortunately we cannot add you to the event.
