Event description 

We are delighted to confirm that the CIWEM Northern Ireland branch Annual Dinner 2026 will be taking place at the Titanic Hotel in Belfast on Thursday 07 May 2026.

The evening will commence with a drinks reception at 18:30 with music from Aria String Quartet. Following the meal, we will be entertained by local group The Echoes, keeping the energy high and guests entertained into the late hours.

The dress code is Black Tie.

Tickets will be sold as tables of 10 with bookings closing at 09:00 BST on Thursday 23 April 2026. We would ask those who make the bookings to let us know about any access needs and special dietary requirements of those in their party by completing the pre-event survey form. This will need to be submitted by 09:00 BST on Friday 17 April 2026, so that we can inform the venue what arrangements are required.

Payments for the event should be made at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card and will be open until 09:00 BST on Wednesday 23 April 2025, two weeks before the event is to take place. If you have not registered by then, unfortunately we cannot add you to the event.

About the venue and getting there

The event will take place at The Titanic Hotel, Queens Rd, Belfast BT3 9DT. The venue is 40 minutes’ walk from Grand Central Station Belfast and several bus routes run near the venue.

Travelling to the venue

As part of CIWEM’s commitment to tackling the climate and ecological emergency we would encourage delegates to use the most environmentally sustainable means of transport possible.

By Train

The Grand Central Station, Belfast BT12 5AX is 20-minutes away by bus from the venue. Northern Ireland Railways run trains to Grand Central Station for all those coming from outside Belfast or from other parts of the city.

By Bus | Coach

Europa Buscentre, located in the Europa Business Centre, 10 Glengall Street, Belfast BT12 5AH is 20-minutes by bus from the Titanic Hotel. G2 buses go to the venue from May Street City Hall bus stop which is a few minutes’ walk from the Europa Buscentre.

In addition, the no. 94b bus routes run near the Titanic Hotel. The 94b first pick up is at Wellington Place, in the city centre beside the City Hall. This bus will take you to within a two minutes’ walk of the Titanic Hotel.

By foot | cycle

The Titanic Hotel is only 40 minutes’ walk from Grand Central Station Belfast and twelve minutes’ cycle ride.

By car

If you are coming by car, please consider sharing the journey with others to reduce your environmental footprint.
