Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Scottish branch is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 4 November 2020 at 5:30 pm GMT via webinar.
Items for the agenda
Any member wishing to raise a subject for discussion at the Annual General Meeting shall send written notice specifying the subject to the honorary secretary, Oliver Jarrett at Oliver.Jarrett@Atkinsglobal.com by 9:00am Wednesday 7 October 2020.
Call for nominations
Those members wishing to be nominated for election for the vacant positions on the committee should send their completed nomination forms to the honorary secretary, Oliver Jarrett at Oliver.Jarrett@Atkinsglobal.com by 9:00am Wednesday 7 October 2020.
The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members.
Please note that bookings will close 24 hours before the start of the event.
Bookings to attend the AGM should be made through 'MyCIWEM' using the links provided. You are only confirmed once you have clicked 'proceed & submit' in the cart and received a confirmation email, which will be sent to your primary email address on your MyCIWEM account. Once registration for the webinar session has closed, successful registrants will receive a separate email with joining instructions.
