Event description

Welcome to the Enabling Water Smart Communities Spring 2025 Webinar Series. The aim of the series is to share progress with and findings from the project’s ‘enabling actions’ which are seeking to overcome barriers to water smart communities.

This webinar will introduce the Water Efficient Home Guide, a new guide being developed through the Good Homes Alliance which will support housebuilders, architects, contractors and their supply chains to deliver water efficient solutions and maximise water reuse in new housing developments. It will help address the water deficit which is posing a significant barrier to development and house building in certain areas.

The session will also provide an update on enablers for mainstreaming water recycling in new developments and share lessons from case studies of water reuse schemes.
