Faye Tomalin BSc MSc MCIWEM C.WEM


Faye is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager and Principal Analyst at JBA with 12 years’ experience in Flood Risk Management. Faye started her career working with Lead Local Flood Authorities, prior to moving to the private sector 6 years ago. She has a wide range of experience in delivering and managing a range of projects in the Development and Flood Risk sector, primarily working in Wales on Flood Consequence Assessments and surface water drainage strategies for public and private clients. Faye also undertakes flood risk investigations and strategies on behalf of Local Authorities and policy research projects for public sector clients.



Peter Rook BSc MSc MCIWEM C.WEM FGS


Peter is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager with over five years’ experience in Flood Risk Management. Peter primarily works in Local Flood Risk Management including delivering Local Flood Risk Management Strategies, Surface Water Management Plans and Section 19 post flood investigations for LLFAs. He also undertakes SFRAs and SFCAs for Local Planning Authorities.
