CIWEM Metropolitan Branch invites you to this exciting evening event on the physical and mental well-being of employees. The evening will begin with presentations from representatives of Stantec and Thames Water on what they are doing to improve their employees' physical and mental well-being. This will be followed by an interactive workshop which will help you to understand how your brain works, why it does what it does and how you can help yourself.
