02 April 2020
CIWEM Metropolitan branch invite you to their webinar on environmental management in urban spaces.
There will be three presentations from industry environmental specialists.
The first talk will be on digital Environmental Impact Assessments, EIA. Fran Storey and Sarah Pyatt will be discussing a digital approach to EIAs, looking at examples of different tools and technologies that can be used throughout the process. They will look at data management across the different stages to ensure these tools can be used effectively, as well as how these can be fed back in to design development.
This will be followed by Ian Dudding introducing us to the code of practice relating to street cleansing and describe how the London Borough of Camden seeks to meet the standards prescribed.
Our final presentation will be from Rowan Byrne on marine plastics and new technologies being developed to reduce them.
