The CIWEM Scottish branch invites you to an evening webinar looking at the role of an Environmental Clerk of Works, ECoW.
Rebecca Passmore will lead the talk, discussing the many regulatory and compliance work an ECoW undertakes, from auditing site management plans and monitoring work activities to providing advise and liaising with stakeholders.
Rebbecca Passmore is a Principal Environmental Consultant and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM). She has 13 years’ consultancy and regulatory experience and joined Fairhurst in 2018 to support the Water Services Team. Rebecca has significant capabilities in EIA and CAR consenting, particularly for renewable developments, housing and major infrastructure projects. She started her career at SEPA and is therefore familiar with regulatory requirements. Her expertise also includes water quality and environmental management of construction projects.Rebecca is the Chair of the Association of Environmental Clerk of Works (AECoW) and manages stakeholder engagement for updating, and developing, environmental and construction good practice guidance documents. Her expertise from regulatory and consultant perspectives provides invaluable insight to environmental compliance.Book now
