Join the CIWEM South Eastern Branch on their site visit to Hugh Lowe Farms, a modern strawberry farm to learn about irrigation and water supply, pest and disease control, food safety and the cold chain. In short, modern agriculture.

A presentation will be given by Marion Regan who will also explain how the farm also supports LEAF, the Kent Wildlife Trust and the RSPB.

After our tour of the Farm there will be the option of visiting The Swan in West Peckham, a microbrewery with a good food reputation.
