CIWEM and the Constructed Wetland Association (CWA) invite water professionals to a complimentary webinar presenting comprehensive evidence on treatment wetlands as established biological treatment systems in the UK.
Based on the latest report from the CWA, this session will showcase 40 years of successful implementation across multiple applications, scales, and configurations.

With over 15 years of experience working with UK water utilities and the Environment Agency, Dr. Dotro has led numerous projects implementing wetland technologies across the UK, including pioneering work on aerated wetlands and French-style wetland systems.
David Naismith | Senior Associate Wetlands Consultant, Mott MacDonald
With over 20 years of international experience in wetland engineering and restoration. His expertise spans constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment, habitat creation, and river restoration projects. As an active member and former committee member of the Constructed Wetlands Association, he focuses on advancing technical excellence and promoting sustainable wetland solutions. Dave has contributed to numerous projects across the UK and internationally, implementing best practices in wetland design and management for environmental enhancement.
