Hosted by WET Networks and the CIWEM Metropolitan branch
Event description
The CIWEM Metropolitan branch are delighted to be supporting the WET Networks series of events. The July session will be in-person and virtual and will examine the relationship between water, public health and well-being.
We all know that proper water and sanitation is essential to public health. However, in addition, there are benefits from proximity to water with many positive measures of physical and mental wellbeing, from its restorative psychological effects to better a place to meet socially.
We will hear from our keynote presenter, Patricia O’Hayer, Global Head Communications & Government Affairs at Reckitt about current and future water scarcity impacts on public health.
