Member Portal Access Information


Technical troubleshooting information for member web portal access:

Recommended Browser: Google Chrome

The Chrome browser provides the best user experience for our membership portal, including layout, views and functionality. Other browsers such as Firefox/Edge/Safari are supported but may not consistently provide an optimal experience.

Payment of Member Subscriptions:

Please use the ‘Pay with Sagepay’ button to pay by card on the payment gateway. We have changed our payment processor from Paypal to SagePay in order to accommodate additional credit card security measures such as Strong Customer Authentication or 3DSecure.

  • If the Pay with SagePay button is not visible, there is no address on file that the system can use to authenticate the payment card.
  • Please add a billing address to your profile to enable the Pay with SagePay functionality.
  • If using a company card registered to a work address, please include the work address in your profile and label it as such.
