Dual membership with CIWEM and the International Water Association

About our partnership

Our partnership with the International Water Association spans both organisations’ activities and services, including membership, professional development and qualifications, events, publications, training and policy.

Members of both organisations will be able to work towards CIWEM’s unique Water and Environmental Management Chartership (C.WEM) and professional registrations in engineering, science and environment, and also enjoy privileged access to IWA’s communities of expertise and practice, specialised content and tailored professional development programme to gain a stronger position in the water and environmental sectors.

This is an exciting global venture which brings benefits to members of both organisations, and will enhance the growth of the number of international development opportunities. Together we have presence in over 70% of the world’s countries.

You can find out more about the IWA here.
