If you have practical experience in a water or environmental discipline, which may have been gained through an apprenticeship or having completed a relevant course such as the NEBOSH environmental management course, then you are eligible for the technician membership.

As an experienced practitioner with the knowledge and wish to drive change in the environment, CIWEM membership will broaden your knowledge, and expand your learning to support your career development.

Technician Member TechCIWEM

The TechCIWEM qualification recognises the practical experience and knowledge you have gained in the water and environment sectors and acknowledges the skills that you have attained. This provides the assurances sought by employers, clients, peers and the public of that you are dedicated to forwarding water and environmental management and are keen to develop your skills further.

How much does a Technician Membership cost?

There is an application fee of £151 (£101 if your organisation is a Corporate Member).

The annual membership fee is £109.
