Our new members area is here: see what's changed

We are excited to announce that our new MyCIWEM members area is live.

We've been working hard to update our digital systems, making it easier for members to manage their membership.

Through our new MyCIWEM members area, members can easily manage their CPD records, book our events and training courses, and access member benefits such as The Environment magazine or Water and Environment Journal.

Members logging in for the first time

When accessing the new member area for the first time, please log in using your existing email address. This should be the email address you use to hold your CIWEM membership.

If your email address matches the one we have for you in the system, you will be prompted to reset your password.

If you use an incorrect email address, a new account will be created for you, which will not hold the details of your CIWEM membership. If you have any problems logging in, please let us know.

Update your details and preferences

Once you've logged in, please ensure the details we hold for you are correct, including your contact details, job title and organisation. You can do so by clicking "click here to complete your profile".

You can also update your marketing preferences, making sure you're receiving the communications that matter to you most.

Sign up for the member's directory

You can sign up to our new member's directory, to widen your professional network. It is a searchable database, that gives you access to find members based on their job role.

By opting in, you will display your profile in the directory, and share your details with members. Members will see your job title and organisation, and you can also share your email address, contact number, photo and a short bio about yourself if you wish to do so.

Please note your details will only be shared with other CIWEM members. If you change your mind, you can opt-out at any time.
