Your Future Report

Your Future, a new report launched by CIWEM, highlights the need to think differently about the urgent skills gap facing the water sector. With the majority of its members feeling that capacity and capability in the sector will seriously hinder delivery of promises and ambition by the government, the report calls for a comprehensive programme to fully understand the nature of the challenge and embrace the professional development opportunities, both collectively and individually.

The report highlights the huge opportunity ahead as the water sector seeks more than 43,000 new recruits to deliver £100bn investment.
