Psychological safety is the belief that you won't be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes. The ability to create this "just culture" in the workplace is a vital skill for any manager. There is much research that developing this level of trust in the workplace is key to enabling the diversity of thought that the best teams use to innovate, grow and solve problems along the way. This short course will get you off and running and make a real difference to how you manage and how you are seen by your team and colleagues.

Delivered via the CIWEM Learning Platform, the course is self paced e-learning with tutor support available on the course discussion forum throughout. Study at your own pace and access support when you require it. The core learning will be grounded through a live virtual classroom session where our trainers will step you through the content and compliment your experience with theirs.
This course has a learning time equivalent to 4 hours. In total you will have four months access to the Online Course portal. Please note this is a guideline and learning times will vary person to person.
