This course is for those wanting to understand more about how Urban Environment can be improved to promote Human Wellbeing and Environmental Sustainability in a synergistic approach. Anyone working in infrastructure development including but certainly not limited to town planners, architects, those promoting Natural capital and those looking to deliver net positive carbon schemes in whatever sector will find this course of great benefit. The course will focus on the different aspects that make up an Urban Environment and the impact they have on Sustainability and Wellbeing.

Delivered via the CIWEM Learning Platform, the course is self paced e-learning with tutor support available on the course discussion forum throughout. Study at your own pace and access support when you require it. There is a live group discussion session incorporated into the course.
This course has a learning time equivalent to 8 hours. In total you will have four months access to the Online Course portal. Please note this is a guideline and learning times will vary person to person.
