This course will be of interest to anyone who works in a position of influence…so anyone, but particularly team leaders, and those with HR or Learning and Development responsibilities.
The importance of wellbeing is not only related to the emotional and physical health of your people, it has strong implications on the financial health of your organisation and the performance of your teams. For this reason, whatever your level or interest within a group or organisation, this course will provide insights in to how you can help your people, and your performance.

Delivered via the CIWEM Learning Platform, the course is self paced e-learning with tutor support available on the course discussion forum throughout. Study at your own pace and access support when you require it. The core learning will be grounded through a live virtual classroom session where our trainers will step you through the content and compliment your experience with theirs.
This course has a learning time equivalent to 4 hours. In total you will have four months access to the Online Course portal. Please note this is a guideline and learning times will vary person to person.
