Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the CIWEM Scottish branch is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 25 August 2021 at 5:00 pm BST via Zoom.
Items for the Agenda
Any member wishing to raise a subject for discussion at the Annual General Meeting shall send written notice specifying the subject to the chair, or the honorary secretary, by 9:00am BST Wednesday 28 July 2021.
Call for nominations
Those members wishing to be nominated for election for the vacant positions on the committee should send their completed nomination forms to the chair, or the honorary secretary, by 9:00am BST Wednesday 28 July 2021.

The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members. When you register you will be asked a compulsory question about your grade of membership, as only CIWEM branch members are entitled to vote at the AGM.
This webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform and will be recorded. Please note that registrations will close 24 hours before the event starts. If you have not registered before that time, unfortunately we cannot add you to the event. You will receive an email with joining instructions after you have successfully registered for the webinar and the registration has been approved by our team. If you have any questions about your booking or would like to cancel your attendance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure you add this event to your calendar, all you need to do is copy the body text of the joining instruction email, go to your Calendar, create a new calendar appointment, set the start and end date and time, paste the text and click the "Save & Close" button.
