Welcome to the CIWEM New Zealand Country Network. We are a relatively new steering group, comprising individuals who are committing to assisting fellow and prospective CIWEM members with their professional development and contributing to keeping New Zealand proudly clean and green.

We currently active in the following key areas:

· Strengthening our pool of reviewers. Thank you to all those who have put themselves forward to act as reviewers for applicants who are putting themselves forward for professional review.

· Communicating with members. We are now established through the LinkedIn facility as a sub-group to the CIWEM LinkedIn group. So if you're not already a member please take a look and come and join us

· Supporting Members. We are looking to establish a network of mentors to help you with membership and professional review planning.

· Connecting with Members. We will continue to develop a programme of evening events and seminars across the country and welcome your suggestions.

· Collaborating with other professional bodies. We have really strengthened our links with  EIANZ and Water New Zealand in order to broaden our exposure and visibility and help members from all organisations work collaboratively together. Take a look at the events page to see our 2013 events.
