Any member wishing to raise a subject for discussion at the Annual General Meeting shall send written notice specifying the subject to the to Jivir Viyakesparan at Jivir.viyakesparan@wsp.com by 9:00am Wednesday 8 November 2023.
Call for nominations to the Branch Committee
Those members wishing to be nominated for election for the vacant positions on the committee should send their completed nomination forms to the chair Jivir Viyakesparan at Jivir.viyakesparan@wsp.com by 9:00am Wednesday 8 November 2023.
The Annual General Meeting is open to CIWEM branch members. When you register you will be asked a compulsory question, what your grade of membership is, as only CIWEM branch members are entitled to vote at the AGM.
This webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform and will be recorded. Please note that registrations will close 24 hours before the event starts. If you have not registered before that time, unfortunately we cannot add you to the event. You will receive an email with joining instructions after you have successfully registered for the webinar and the registration has been approved by our team.
